The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi (BSEK), is a government board in Karachi responsible for secondary education examinations. Its headquarters is located in Block 5, Nazimabad, Karachi. The link to the official website of BSEK is provided below:

Secondary education in Karachi is completed by the tenth grade, after which the student receives the SSC (Secondary School Certificate), commonly referred to as matriculation. Subsequently, students pursue higher secondary education and enroll at the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK). Intermediate education spans two years, encompassing the first and second years. Upon completion, students are awarded the HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate). At this point, students are prepared to embark on university education and pursue a bachelor’s degree program. The link to the official website of BIEK is provided below:
